IBOM Bombed and is a total Loss to My Account

This is going to be brief. I have no interest to waste my time on something that is a total loss.

When IBOM changed it's structure, closed out its web page and my account I supposedly had in excess of three hundred eighty BILLION BVK in my account. I attempted to find anyone who knew how to convert any amount of BVK into any other form of currency, including copra, dried coconut, or smashed beer cans for that matter, anything that could ultimately be converted to US dollars that I could spend, all to no effect. Not a soul came forward. I offered several billion BVK as compensation. No one in the world wanted them.

If you or anyone you know is thinking of putting any money into the organization or any organization that has anything to do with the self-proclaimed King of Bougainville, Noah Musingku, under the name "King David Peii II", who proclaims himself as the head of the twin " kingdoms" of Papaala and Me'ekamui on Bougainville Island in the North Solomon Islands, I advise you to paddle your canoe out of his way. Let him live his life without your involvement.

Don't believe any promises of high interest or any other form of return. You won't get anything back, I don't care who is making the promises to you, if it is your Father, Mother, Pastor, Bishop or the Pope. You might be able to trust your Pope but you can't trust Musingku or King David Peii nor any one who is in his camp, even the Pope. Why? Because you can't trust Musingku.

That is my opinion and the opinion of thousands of people who trusted him and lost everything they put into his schemes, except of course those who work with him and suck off the people who put their money into his schemes. Don't put your milk (money) into his udder, He'll milk you dry, feed his helpers with your milk and you won't get any return. Bad metaphor, I know, but I don't want to hear of any more of you getting drained dry. I've heard of people losing tens of thousands of dollars and no one able to get any return nor even able to get anyone to make any moves toward bringing Musingku's team to justice. They just keep rooting around the internet for more willing "investors". No one I've heard of got any money back, not to mention interest growth.

Don't invest with the King Peii. He'll Peii all over you and walk away laughing.

IBOM has BOMBED. Now What will You DO?!?

Well, how about this new development. Does this come as a surprise that IBOM has been shut down from the inside for restructuring?

As of July 4th, 2015,IBOM has shut down and all the depositors need to restructure their accounts or lose them. I have lost mine.

I really don't mind because, to my mind, there is nothing to lose. After offering billions of BVK to anyone who could show me how to convert any amount of BVK to any other international currency and NO ONE came forward, I can only determine that there is no value whatsoever in any amount of BVK. Billions of BVK are of no value to anyone so what value would there be in one or a million BVK?

Anyone who is foolish enough to have any dealings with any bank organized by any self-proclaimed king of Bougainville is a fool indeed. Hopefully the fool learns and does not repeat the mistake anywhere else in the world.

I am not going to have anything further to so with Bougainville unless I happen to be world hopping and want to stop in on a beautiful island in the south Pacific. I'll buy some of the local currency and spend it on the island. Other than that, God Bless Bougainville and her residents. Goodbye.

As for Financial Hope, I'll be suggesting real world ideas I have learned that have made me thousands of dollars.

The first idea I'll suggest is an easy one that will get anyone started. That idea is this:

START SAVING MONEY NOW. This is a savings fund that you never spend until you turn 75 years old. You might decide to start spending at age 65 but, considering how old you might be right now and how old you likely will be when you die, I like to think of health really beginning to decline at age 80-85 which means you will begin really spending your money fast due to health issues. Therefore you will need a large amount in the pot in order to be safe up to the age of your death. That is why I propose keeping the pot growing that extra 10 years.

The Law of Compounding really does it's miraculous work in the last few years.  You need, really, at least 30-40 years before you need to start diminishing the principle. If you have enough in the pot even if you are only getting 8% the interest will keep you flush and not required to work in order to live. If you have to start drawing from the principle too soon there will ultimately be nothing left by the time you would have to or want to turn it over to someone else.

At some point everyone turns his assets over to the next generation. You remember hearing about Mr. Trump, the billionaire? When he died, his family was asked how much he left behind. His wife tactfully replied, "All of it."

And that's 'bout it. Then there was his will. When his children sat before the attorney for the reading of the will, he smiled and read, "I, Donald J. Trump, being of sound mind and body, I spent (and enjoyed) all of my money while I was alive. I urge all of my children to do the same: earn lots and spend it doing good for other people."

This is not a discourse on D.J. Trump. It's a laugh and a hope you consider the words of John D. Rockefeller who said something like, "I believe it is my duty to make money and use it for the benefit of my neighbors. This is what my conscience tells me." Using your money to bless others can be done, of course, by spending your money, buying their services, allowing them to work for you and giving a generous tip. You'll leave very happy people who will be very happy to make you happy again. Now, that's a good capitalist process.

So, here is the idea for Financial Hope for Everyone:

Start a Smart, Sound, Stable and Secure Saving System. Take a TITHE.

• Start Saving Now so that you will be able to bless other people's lives by purchasing their services when you are older and no longer working for your living. 
• The First Rule of Savings: Every Dollar you earn puts a Dime in your Retirement Fund. You give a dime to God, right? So give a dime to yourself. If everyone else can't live on 80% of your earnings, they better tighten their belts! 10% goes to God, 10% goes to you. God will help you.
• Don't spend ANY of it until you are 75. This is not your emergency fund. It is your SAVINGS fund. It is your golden goose you are growing; DON'T kill your Golden Goose ( unless you are dying).
• The Second Rule of Savings: Risk is to be eliminated. DON'T LOSE YOUR MONEY TO RISK. Protect your money. It is not to be risked. Completely VET every investment. Remove all risk possible to remove. In so doing you can still get guaranteed 18% and more. I am doing it. You can too.
• Make it FUN. Learn to protect and grow the fund HOWEVER you might spend a small portion of the INTEREST the principles earns as you invest as a reward for growing the fund, but only a small amount. Earn $100, take your sweetie to a discount movie and a milkshake (maybe popcorn). GROW THE FUND WITH FUN.

There is the First Idea of Financial Hope. Start today. Open up your Internet right now. Start a separate saving account, a separate bank or stock trading account. This is not just a partition account from your main account. This is a totally separate online bank or other financial organization that is safe and protected.

Is IBOM still alive and kicking ... and are people still getting their financial teeth kicked out?

According to my understanding IBOM is still "alive and kicking". According to its website, www.ibom.biz, I quote:

The International Bank of Me'ekamui [IBOM] is a National and International bank located on Bougainville Islands.

IBOM operates Bougainville's lawful & sovereign currency the Bougainville Kina [BVK].

Information about the applicable valid situation regarding IBOM based on Bougainville's Supreme Law regarding all monetary areas, the Constitutional & International Banking Law, endorsed by King David Peii II, can be found on the website RoyalMC.org.

It is questioned that the BVK is truly a lawfully sovereign currency of the island of Bougainville. To my thinking, if it were lawful currency SOMEONE would have contacted me with some plan by which s/he would get the billions of BVK I have offered. Surely some business person would have kicked down the doors of the IBOM Support in order to gain access to the billions of BVK I want to give them. We are talking BILLIONS of BVK here. Certainly someone in Bougainville or the surrounding islands would know how to convert BVK into Chinese yuan, Japanese Yen, Australian dollars, PNG Kina, or gold something of the like if the BVK is truly an internationally accepted currency. Don't you think?

Well, folks, IT ISN'T. 

I have come to face the fact that the Bougainville KINA (BVK) IS NOT AN INTERNATIONALLY ACCEPTED CURRENCY, AND NEITHER IS IT A LOCALLY ACCEPTED CURRENCY.

The Bougainville Kina, the BVK, is less than a fiat currency, it is a fraudulent, fictional proposal of a currency that has been used to defraud hopeful innocents out of their hard earned or otherwise accumulated money. 

Mose certainly, however innocently the current perpetrators of this fraud may have begun, they now know their actions are not going to profit anyone except themselves. That is all there is to it. Investors will not get their promised interest nor will they get their  initial investment back. All will be lost and any attempt to get their investment back will be be answered by either silence or lies or threats. 

How do I know? By my own experiences and those of others. 

Frankly, it is now 2:05 am, USA Mountain Time, and I am tired and ready to retire. I'll clearly tell my story and touch upon the stories of others I know of who have lost tens of thousands of dollars and other currencies to the promises and hopes of fantastic returns offered by IBOM and other organizations in league with "the scammers", as they are proclaimed to be by my internet friend, MACE, who also lost a large amounts of his investment and that of several friends who he innocently convinced to invest with IBOM. He is now very angry and anxious to shut down the scam and bring the perpetrators to justice.

I'll put what I have in writing in this blog and will welcome the stories of others, with the intent of warning the world of this wonderful opportunity to invest and get kicked in the stomach or teeth and lose all you put into this going concern. I am concerned and intend to kick back. 

Do you know of any people who have been angered after having been so kicked? I would love to share your story with the world and hopefully kick this IBOM-ination out of existence, and may God forgive the so-called Christian, Bible-thumping swindlers who have hurt and damaged so many victims.

I know my account will be shut down and I will "lose" my account of over 318Billion BVK that is currently on "Administrative Hold" and frozen from earning any interest, frozen from use, because of the writings in this blog. I know (sniffle, choke, gasp) that IBOM will close my account and call me names. Still, I must do as my conscience dictates and tell the world that, in truth, I am losing nothing but vain promises, false account amounts, I am losing nothing. 

If 4 BVK can actually be converted to 1 USD, I'll gladly give ANYONE 6 BVK for every USD they can convert for me. That is $50 profit to them for every $100 they can help me retrieve from my IBOM account, if IBOM Support will allow it.

And if IBOM Support will allow the above, I WILL IMMEDIATELY RETRACT ALL I HAVE WRITTEN AND WILL PRAISE TO THE HIGH HEAVENS, TO THE WORLD, THROUGH WEBSITES, NEWS PRESS RELEASES, EVEN TV APPEARANCES  IF POSSIBLE, praising IBOM, declaring the goodness and worthiness of the whole King David Peii U-Vistract system, proclaiming my humble apologies. 

So, there you are. Unless IBOM converts me by converting BVK into USD or any other international currency OR...

I WILL DECLARE TO THE WORLD with blog, story and evidence the illegal fraud called IBOM and its perpetrators. I will, with MACE and others, work to bring down the scam, kicking and screaming, to die by the international sword of justice.

And my God have mercy on their souls.

Moving Onward and Upward - IBOM, GoodBye.

 
We-e-e-l-l-l, after about 5 years of dealing with ICC and then IBOM I have pretty much decided to not waste any more of my time on the matter.

Perhaps this is a mistake on my part but I can see no use throwing good time and effort away discussing a fruitless endeavor. According to all I've seen and heard even by some who have gone to the beautiful island of Bougainville and visited the "No-Go-Zone" where self-proclaimed King Peii II lives and preaches from the Bible, there is nothing to be obtained from the so-called financial system he has supposedly established. Anyone who can get online can write and post whatever s/he pleases and set up bank accounts into which others may make deposits. Once the money is in that account and is out of the depositors' hands there is nothing stopping the actual owner of the account from using that money any way s/he chooses, no matter what the original depositor says or does.

It is, after 4 years dealing with IBOM and speaking with others who also made deposits into that so-called "bank", my considered opinion that our money is spent and gone, lost to me irretrievably. Fortunately, I lost very little, quite unlike many others who lost thousands and even hundreds of thousands of dollars, pesos, euros, yen, etc. To those of you who are still hoping to receive anything of value from the IBOM system, my good wishes go out to you.

In the meanwhile, my offer will remain posted and valid for as long as my IBOM "account" shows enough BVK to fulfill my pledge. Remember, however, my offer is subject to IBOM "thawing" my frozen account, which, again, they placed on "Administrative Hold" because of what I have written in this blog. Imagine the Bank of Canada freezing an account with billions of CDN dollars in it just because you wrote a blog on the Internet! It is ludicrous.

But, that is IBOM Support for you.

If there is anyone who would like to take definitive action action against IBOM to attempt to shut them down and remove the threat to investors, I know my friend MACE would be willing to be of assistance. Having lost much to IBOM s/he is motivated to take these perpetrators of injustice to task. I'll help where I can, perhaps best by posting the results of your efforts and informing readers of anything that may benefit them.

I still say, contrary to what others think, that anything that sounds "too good to be true" is worth looking into closely. There are some miraculously fantastic offerings found in the world that are real. Perhaps you know of one or more. My motto is: When in question, ASK!

Enterprising Investment Counselor Converts BVK into USD

It is interesting how things come about in this "mortal veil", as Shakespear calls this life we all live in. The old saying, "What goes around, comes around" is the same as what the Prophets call "The Law of Return."

"What you send out returns unto you", they write, "pressed down, shaken together and running over." You might ask, "How exactly does this work?" Well...


The people who dreamed up The whole system that supports the International Bank Of Me'ekamui (IBOM) have sent out into the world what has every appearance of being a legitimate online banking system but which in reality provides nothing in return for the money deposited. Perhaps the creators of this ongoing development actually are altruistic in their efforts. I don't know. I have not met any of them.

I only know that every person I have been in contact with regarding IBOM who have been depositors have each been left wondering how to convert the currency of IBOM, the Bougainville Kina, into a currency they can use. I've never known anyone nor heard of anyone who has been successful. There are no known banks that accept and/or will do trade with BVK.

Nor have I found anyone willing to receive 10 Billion of my BVK in exchange for teaching me how to use any of the 344,064,005,726.42 BVK in my IBOM account. I know IBOM is aware of my offer because they monitor this blog, or at least they used to. This blog is the very reason my account is frozen in an Administrative Hold earning no interest and making my BVK inaccessible to my use.

So, my experience with IBOM tells me they are very defensive about people who cannot find ways to convert BVK into, say, USD and who write about it, asking questions and demanding answers. IBOM support does not take kindly to being questioned, I have found. They will just shut you out after a while of not being able to satisfy pointed, legitimate questions.

The question of "How do I convert my BVK into usable currency" has several answers. The only one I have heard of that actually worked is from a fellow who sold several "investors" on the idea of opening an account with IBOM and making some sizable deposits. The only trouble is that...(information removed by author)...this enterprising fellow spent their money.

(April 7, 2015 - I have been asked by the Attorney General to remove the information that discusses the alleged crime on the grounds that "we would not want someone involved with the trial to read it and be influenced by it in any way."
While I understand the motives behind the request to remove the information, I must say here that it is my desire to influence people with information so they do not lose their money like so many people have, many who have lost very large amounts of money, according to their reports to me. The only trouble arose when some of these "investors" tried to access and use some of their "earnings" in IBOM. They couldn't. No go. Zip. Nada. And the enterprising guy who "helped them" open an IBOM account could provide no satisfaction. He had spend their money so it was gone. Their only recourse was to contact the local Attorney General office and lodge a complaint.

This worthy Attorney General looked online, saw this blog, contacted me for what information I had to share (which is not much, admittedly) that he might be able to use in his law suite against that enterprising "investment counselor". He asked me if I knew others who might be able to help him and I turned him to "MACE", my friend who lost tens of thousands with IBOM. MACE has a load of documentation that is rather incriminating against the perpetrators of the IBOM system. He hoped this Attorney General might help him bring the IBOM Perps to justice. Alas, I fear that is beyond the realm of even a mighty State Attorney General office.

MACE has send his information to the FBI, the US Security and Exchange Commission and numerous other powerful entities, all of  home have left MACE unsatisfied. They did nothing. This means that, rather than being shut down, IBOM will continue being developed, looking more and more legitimate to the sad and potentially sorry people who will open IBOM accounts and place their hard earned or inherited money in the hands of the folks who promise great interest rates but provide nothing but great disappointment.

When enough people world wide discover the zero return of IBOM and the whole King David Pei II system -- MACE calls it a different name that rhymes exactly with my name (Cam) -- and those people squawk loudly enough then the "Reconstruction of Bougainville" will come crashing down around these people. There must come a time when people who take other people's money in exchange for years of unfulfilled promises are brought to face the results of their actions. Unfortunately, in the meanwhile, enterprising "investment counselors" have a legitimate looking website with which to convince their prey ... or rather, their potential "investors".

Of course, I admit that I might be wrong. Perhaps there are bankers out there in the South Pacific who will actually take BVK and trade them for South Pacific Sea Dollars or something much more valuable. It is just that no one has heard of my offer and contacted me in order to receive from IBOM 10 Billion of my BVK. I'll gladly instruct IBOM Support to pay out that amount in exchange for showing me how to use my BVK. If there is an airline that will take BVK as payment for services, that is something. Perhaps there is a copra producer who will take BVK as payment, I'll buy his whole crop at a good price. Then I can sell the copra for USD and take my losses or profits, whichever it is. The BVK are doing me no good just sitting in the bank earning no interest.

So there you are. You get to make up your own mind about this whole IBOM thing. I don't want to waste any more of my time on it.

In the meanwhile, my offer stands: if IBOM Support will allow it I will give 10 Billion of my BVK to anyone who can show me how to legitimately convert 1 billion BVK,...

Heck, let's sweeten the pot: I'll give 10 Billion BVK to anyone who can show me how to convert my BVK into 1 million USD worth of any other product or service or currency. Do we have a deal?

IBOM and BVK Still Causing Questions not Answers

IBOM and BVK are still generating more questions than answers.

As you can see I have not written anything for quite a long period of time on the subject of IBOM, King David Peii II, Bougainville Kina (BVK) and what can be done with BVK. "Why would that be", you might ask? I'll answer you clearly: because I am convinced to my own satisfaction that there is no one in the world who has successfully converted BVK into any other currency or product of useful value, nor will there ever be.

Now, perhaps there are thousands of people who are converting their BVK into products and services through the Internet Catalog Club (www.chips-corner.com) and, being successful they have no reason to read my little blog of questions and questionable opinions. They have no reason to contact me with their stories of success. Perhaps I'll offer them 10 billion reasons.

I hereby offer ten billion BVK to anyone who will help me duplicate their success in converting their BVK into goods, services or other international currency. That is my written offer, subject only to the agreement of IBOM Support who froze my account with an Administrative Hold due to my writings in this blog. If they will not release the BVK I cannot make good on my offer. If they will release the BVK and you can help me convert only one billion BVK from my IBOM account for my own use I hereby promise to gift to you 10Billion BVK upon the completion of my1Billion BVK conversion. That is a fair offer, isn't it?

"I have billions of BVK but I can't find a way to use any of them. Can you help me?"

I have received several emails and telephone calls (how do they get my personal phone #?) from people who are anxiously seeking definitive information about how to convert BVK into cash they can use. These people have great hopes, as I have had in the past, because of the promises that seemed at first to be fulfilled when the IBOM computer account showed huge interest earnings. Then, after months of frustrating periods of no results, meaning these people found they could not withdraw their "earnings", or even their original deposits which were "converted" to BVK, these people began to do deeper research online and they came upon this blog. So they contacted me directly or had their agent contact me to ask if BVK and IBOM are real or if they are pure scam?

Of course my answers are as you have already read: I cannot prove either way except for the fact that non-performance of promised benefits over a multi-year period certainly seems to be evidence that IBOM has not been on the "up-and-up", has not been true to promises. I would think that any "kingdom" that has piles of alluvial gold lying around would want to start using it for the benefit of at least the "King's" inner circle and to dig more gold out of the ground in order to get richer. They don't, though, as is evidenced in the writings of the bloggers who write about the land of Meekamui. They don't even back their BVK with gold refined from the Panguna mine that historically was one of the most productive mineral and metals mine in the world. Instead they claim the BVK are backed by unprocessed dirt which they claim has a lot of gold ore in it. But that has NEVER worked in the history of the world. No business person is going to take a bag or truck full of ore as payment unless the business receiving such payment is a smelting business. There are limited numbers of those.

So, unless IBOM is willing to ship thousands of tons of ore to a smelter and convert that ore to refined gold, their "gold-backed" BVK is valueless. It is backed by promises of a "king" who is struggling to be internationally recognized as the leader of a tiny island nation where many of the people of that nation do not recognize him as their governmental leader. He might be a really nice guy and a great christian preacher who knows his Bible. He still hasn't seemed to prove to the world that his BVK can be used for business on any level whatsoever. Not to what I have seen.

At least, no one has come forward yet to accept one of my offers or with proof that BVK have any market value at all. I would love, LOVE, LOVE for anyone to prove my opinions wrong and my BVK of real international market value.

My offer stands: help me convert or trade 1billion of my BVK into any form of marketable currency or product and I'll gift to you 10billion BVK, assuming IBOM Support cooperates and allows it. Otherwise I must hold to my unproven opinion that IBOM BVK is a fiat currency that is not even backed by an internationally recognized government or bank. Somebody, please prove me wrong.

IBOM Might Not Die as Quickly as Some Might Wish

The following letter was sent to one whom I have considered to be a friend, who has treated me with a certain generosity, as I have thought, although the writer of this letter would certainly disagree. The writer would likely think the "generosity" offered me would be an event planned  to trap me into a future event that would strip me of certain wealth I have accumulated or might accumulate. I don't blame the writer for feeling such since s/he has, with "Mace" lost upwards to roughly $900,000. OUCH!!!

SO, here is the letter:

 

 The matter of the ibom scam will never die as you might have thought.

We have been recently in contact with some one in USA under the name of "BRAND HINLEY". His email is included above (sunri@#*l@yahoo.com). He is pretending that ibom is real and that he is a strong supporter of the KING and his people. After several dialogue with BRAND (some were published in the blog you know about), I have no question that this coward scammer is hiding under false ID. I have no doubt that he is one of the BEN Young criminal gang, one of his dogs. They now have found a new misleading ground which is Roger Renaud. They claim that the fraud of RR is why the ibom is delaying and delaying.

Roger Renuad: It is absolutely true that your the FRAUD man of the year. However, you have nothing to do with ibom and you have never defrauded us. I salute you. I wish you could have defrauded those bastards for more and more money for what they did to others.

Flemming and your partner Carolin, you admitted fankly that ibom is fraud scam. You admitted in writing that the King himself is aware of the ibom fraud scam. Can you both deny that?

So whyis the King silent? and why the fake ID "BRAND HINLEY", the one dog of Ben Young, is stil marketing the fraud scam till today?

The fake ID BRAND, the dog of Ben Young, has been claiming (in writing) that the RCMP ROYAL MOUNTIES have been to Bougainville recently in order to investigate Roger Renaud's fraud matter. Is this true your Majesty or will you keep silent as usual? Did you meet with the Royal Mounties in Bougainville Island?

Not only that, but the dog of Ben Young, the fake ID BRANDY is claiming that the RUSSIAN MAFIA are now searching for Roger Renaud. What a lie !!. Is this true Mr RR?

RR: I salute you. I raise my hat. Do you know why? Because no one of those email holders above will dare report your fraud. Why? Because they are all fraud masters. They will open the can of worms once they report you. Enjoy their money Mr RR.

 What am I doing with my time now? Well, I am not doing a lot of writing about Bougainville and IBOM. Rio Tinto, Australia and PNG are still negotiating with the ABG (off-island supported local government "leaders") to reopen the pollution creating (for Bougainville) and massive wealth creating (for the off-islanders) Panguna mine. The female land owners and other residents seem very against the idea but they might be disregarded again just as the "little guy", or in this case the "little gal", almost always is. If the off-islanders keep their thinking-caps pressed on tightly they might remember the fire-fights waged and the lives lost (mostly local people) due to the disregarded demands of the local "rebels" who fought to drive away the African mercenaries hired by the Aussie, PNG and other off-island government "leaders".  Hopefully the lust for Panguna gold will not be the cause of another 20,000 deaths, neither on- or off-islanders. 

One of the claims that drew me to Bougainville and the B'ville Kina is that it is supposed to be gold backed. Well, I am now working to market gold of another source. www.WorkandProsperNow.com

There are other sources of gold other than Panguna mine and there are other potential profitable businesses than IBOM. I hope and believe I have found one: Karatbars International, a Germany based company that refines, certifies and sells its own gold in 1-gram, 2.5-gram and 5-gram bars. Such a business is perfect for people such as I who am locked to my bed so often due to spinal cord injury neurological pain issues that keep me from regular employment. Most employers don't like employees who don't show up for work 2-3 days a week, no matter the reasonable "excuse". I am not a good sales person. I've proven that often over the working decades of my life. Therefore what I do must basically "do itself", sell itself, explain itself, close itself. Very few people are not already sold on the value and safety of gold as an investment. What Does the Future Hold for Bougainville, for IBOM, for BVK?

I received an email from "Mace" today in response to my last blog. Here is a part of his response:

I am disappointed. I read the last post. You are still going over and over the same old story. It is clear, for me, that you still believe in RAND and his stories.

There is also one incorrect item in your post. You mentioned that RR defrauded us in 840,000.000. That is not true. RR never defrauded us. RR was not there in the scene at that time. RR simply found out about ibom fraud and decided to defraud the ibom fraud MASTERS, and he did. That is the truth. They are now making RR their scape goat.

 

 My reply to Mace is below, perhaps only partially answering the issues of fraud he brings up:


RR thought he would go in and scam the IBOM scammers and he did perpetrate a scam that cost IBOM millions of dollars, it would seem. But is IBOM truly a scam or it is a legitimate project that is being held up from succeeding by the efforts of government usurpers who want to control the Bougainville government and the island for their own profit? PNG controls the Autonomous Bougainville Government, the B'ville utilities, the virtually non-existent B'ville military, the banks, the currency, the land. Why? Are the people of B'ville too stupid to rule themselves now?

I do believe Bougainville should be an independent nation in its own right and with its own curency. Each land and people have that right. That is my belief.

As for your $860K, I gather it was "invested" in an IBOM high yield account without RR's assistance. Did you get involved with ICC first who led you  to IBOM? That is what happened to me.

Now ICC promises, for example, 70% discounts on any purchase by means of some sort of profitable transaction that is funded by the purchase of ICC Tickets-USD worth 30% of the cost of the product you want to purchase, for example a $35,000 vehicle. The 30% ($10,500USD) is deposited in an account in a Fides bank in Mexico (www.Fides.com.mx) and is used, as I understand it, by some professional trader(s) to create profits that pay for the car and, I imagine, much more that the trader(s) keep for themselves. They get free money to trade with and you get a 35,000 vehicle for $10,500.

Is this for real? Does it work? ICC says it does. I don't know anyone who knows anyone who has done it, but then I haven't asked. It sounds like it could work if the professional traders are successful and don't lose the $10,500.

Back to Bougainville, It also sounds like the King could use the un-mined, but proven to be there, wealth of the land to support and back the BVK that the King is printing and spreading around Bougainville from his little wooden building with "International Bank Of Meekamui" printed on the sign over the door. Why couldn't he? All other nations use air to back their fiat currencies, don't they? Air and taxes on future production and profits. That is what back fiat currencies. Why can't Bougainville back their currency with gold to be mined and smelted in the future then purchased with BVK? Why not?

"Alluvial gold". That is what the king and IBOM are claiming is backing the BVK and there are millions of trillions of BVK worth of alluvial "gold in them thar hills". This is the claim of the King and it would seem he is right. Otherwise why would Rio Tinto and PNG and Australia be so interested in re-opening Panguna mine for themselves?

Why should PNG control Bougainville government and their use of the land and the creation of their own currency? Why should England have control over the Americas or India or Hong Kong as they did? No, each land should be independent, according to the true and just desires of the people, even if only 30% of the people actually express their desires, with the rest being too lazy to go out to vote. You know how it is.

You know, with the way national governments are scamming the people through their legal national and international banks that print phony money that USED TO BE backed by gold and silver, I can't see but that those banks want to squash any bank that actually offers to back their currencies with gold. It makes the fiat banks look like what they are -- looters and thieves. History has proven time and again how fiat money robs the middle class and the poor especially, but also the middle rich lose their wealth because of the inflation and taxes.

Finally the currency dies and has to be replaced and only those who own real wealth come out ahead. People who trusted the banks and the promises of the debt-ridden government lose everything and have to begin again from scratch. And scratching for a living on the "Road of Hard Knocks" is exceptionally difficult. If the currency had been backed by gold and silver the people holding the paper currency could trade it in for real wealth -- gold, silver -- and begin again from there. We all know this is why currencies should be backed by real wealth and not just air and future taxes.

So! The question remains: will IBOM be successful in establishing BVK as an accepted economic basis of wealth in Bougainville and therefore also with other nations who do business with B'ville business people? If off-island banks and businesses can trust that BVK is truly backed by real wealth such as precious metals and marketable products, BVK will be an accepted currency around the world. I am told that is exactly what the King and IBOM are trying to establish.

Some other questions are: how will this be accomplished and who will help them succeed in their quest?

Answers to those questions seem to me to be: A) it will be accomplished by the people working to produce marketable goods and services and be willing to be paid in BVK; B) the people who will help IBOM succeed will be business people, laborers and bankers, both on-island and off-island. If PNG had, for example, declared that BVK was accepted as legal tender in their economy a large step would have been made toward increasing the strength of both PNG and B'ville economies. People like you and me who are holding huge amounts of BVK could have hired thousands of PNG laborers to complete hundreds of projects that would benefit millions of people.

Instead of pushing economies forward, PNG put the clamps on the chains that hold their own economy down by declaring that BVK are illegal within PNG boundaries. In the opinion of this writer PNG's decision and actions are foolish, damaging and constitute a crying shame, an absolute crying shame!

If Bougainville is successful in declaring and establishing its independence it will succeed in establishing its currency. If the people will continue to live by  a God-based morality in their homes and their businesses, abiding by the 10 Commandments and the teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ as found in the New Testament, the nation will prosper and thrive. They will live by proven sound, true and just principles and most likely they will demand their governors to abide by those same principles. In these principles true abundance and liberty abide and wealthy prosperity abounds. History has proven this time and time again.

This is my hope for Bougainville as well as for the Americas, the European Union, India, Pakistan and all the -stans, all of Asia and the Pacific Isles, indeed, it is my hope and prayer for all the peoples of the earth.

And I am still hoping for a business partner with whom to use my BVK in a profitable business enterprise.

The Bank and the Scam

Let me start this blog entry by asking you to "Like" or otherwise share this blog with others. My purpose is to support freedom and liberty wherever I perceive it to be struggling to take hold on the earth. 

I have had an account with IBOM for exactly 3 years now, since Jan. 16, 2011.

I opened the account with a minimal amount of USD and two large Uniform Advertising Promissory Notes (UAPN) from some transactions I did through the Internet Commerce Club  (ICC). I was allowed to place all in a high yield interest bearing account and the amount grew into HUGE number of BVK, literally billions. I discovered that if I earned no more interest (which the account is not earning due to my writings in this blog) and I was able to withdraw $250,000/month to convert to USD of whatever amount, I'd have over 114,000 YEARS worth of withdrawals. Perhaps I should withdraw $250 million /month. But what do you actually DO with that kind of money?

Certainly you want to grow it in some way, not just spend it. I'd have to live forever, or teach my 9 children very well how to grow money and do great good with it.

But I am not the center of discussion here. THAT belongs to the Bank and the Scam.

I have an e-Associate who wrote to me recently that he and some of his friends have lost up to $840,000 through a scam that was perpetrated by Roger Renaud who was at the time the supposed Secretary of State of the island of Bougainville under King Peii II and Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Bougainville (CBOB). 

Roger Renaud, who lives in Chilliwack, BC Canada, somehow scammed the whole of the IBOM staff, apparently, taking with him several millions of USD and ripping off the Russians in the process. Another friend of mine, who I'll just call "Rand" for now, told me that after they caught wind of RR's scam, they checked him out via the EU, Interpol, the FBI and even the Canadian Mounties and proved RR to be false. So he is no longer the Secretary of State and CBOB is no longer a real thing. Investors who put their money into CBOB through RR lost their money. Plain and simple.

Is IBOM a scam, though? The International Bank of Meekamui was established long before RR came on the scene. It was established with money from long-time-ago investors and has been the founding creator of the BVK that now fills my account. My account was created long before RR came on the scene. RR's scam has nothing to do with the reality of IBOM and the hopeful project to establish the Island of Bougainville as an independent nation, not an appendage of PNG, and the Bougainville Kina as a legitimate, gold-backed international currency.

When I read of the 10 year war on Bougainville wherein the few freedom fighters drove off the African mercenaries hired by PNG, supported by Australia and they shut down the operations of the huge corporation, Rio Tinto, that ran the subsidiary company that ran the highly profitable Panguna mine that was destroying the local ecology and not helping the local economy much (Bougainville Islanders received a mere 1.6% of the profits mined from their land, only 1.6%!!) -- when I read of this and the subsequent declarations by PNG that Bougainville still is not allowed to be its own independent nation with its own currency backed by its own national wealth (that Rio Tinto and PNG want to mine and remove for their own profit) -- I get disgusted and irritated that the UN, the USA and every other freedom-loving nation  DO NOT rise up in defense and support of this little king and nation who are striving to establish governmental, economic and personal liberty for this land and this people.

Surely the king and his team are going about it the right way. King Peii II is not, it seems, taking his armed forces and attacking the unarmed Autonomous Bougainville Government (ABG - established by the very forces that hired the mercenary attackers) to establish his kingdom by force. He is working with them to bring the choice to the people by a referendum a year away in 2015. He is also working to establish a stable, gold-backed currency by which he can build a strong, stable economy based upon commerce fueled by the liquidity of the BVK. This currency is literally the wealth of the land -- the gold, silver, copper, platinum and other minerals -- made liquid and useable by the people.

The land is always owned by the government in every nation. In Bougainville, however, the currency is backed by the wealth of the land rather than the taxes of the people so the wealth is not a debt to be paid by the people but it is wealth to be accumulated by the people. This seems to be a good thing that should be supported.

Instead it is criticized and called "illegal" by the very nations and people that hired the guns that killed 20,000 Bougainvillian citizens.The Bougainville Revolutionary Army is still at war, it seems, although the weapons have changed. Now, instead of bullets and military strategies it has been words and ballots, accusations and political strategies. I wonder who will ultimately win this war?

I just wonder because if the King wins I will be billions of BVK richer. If PNG, Australia and Rio Tinto win this war I will join thousands of others who will lose entire investments. I a certain some people placed millions in their IBOM account to receive the promised yield. I'm sure they stand to lose hundreds upon hundreds of billions of BVK. Just think of the projects that could be planned and implemented, hiring hundreds of thousands if not millions of people, all paid in a gold/wealth-backed currency. That is a lot to lose because some high powered usurpers want the island of Bougainville for themselves.

I'm hoping the King and his people win. I believe they are working to get the currency circulating and proving itself. I hope the people go along with it as willingly as Americans go along with their bank's currency that they know is backed by nothing but their future earnings/taxes. Now what kind of backing is THAT? I ask you!

I am still looking for a person or company who will sell me product that I can import into my country, someone who will take payment in BVK. Who wants to sell something, at a fair price, for BVK?

If I can do business using the BVK in my IBOM account, oh, what a positive write up there will be in this blog. Truly the name will be appropriate. Financial hope will explode in the world because of the trillions of BVK, therefore Euros, USD, CDN, Aussie dollars, Yen and every other IBOM currency balance that has been expanded because of the investments made in IBOM.

The war for Bougainville independence must be won, though. If the King fails and PNG and Rio Tinto win that means the wealth of the island will be dug out and shipped away, removing the wealth that should back the economy of the island people. In the process the pristine island will be polluted, mucked up and destroyed in the mined area and everything downwind and downhill to the ocean. Bougainville needs its independence.

How, for example, would the island economy of PNG progress if they lost their independence to the Australians, the Canadians, Argentinians or any other -ians? No, PNG belongs to its own indigenous people. In like manner Bougainville belongs to the Bougainvillians and the wealth of their land belongs to them AND that ownership should be acknowledged by all the nations of the earth. That is only right.

With that said, I am looking to do business with some Bougainvillians. Anyone interested in doing a couple million or hundreds of million worth of business? Just contact me. My BVK are burning a hole in my bank account drawer.

An Anomyous Letter to Mr. Steele

I received the following letter back in November but missed it until just now when going over some past emails. Here it is:

"Cam, 

"I would like you to publish the following information from the Anonymous Informant[:]

"Mister Steele you are an idiot.

"Yes Roger Renaud is a fraud and a con artist but he does not represent IBOM or the Bougainville Island people or BVK. As you well know no authority in any country wishes to bring charges against him. If you gave him money then we are sorry you didn't check him out better. IBOM did. Google was very helpful.

"As you know the only people who are willing to take action against him and IBOM are the villains BCL, Rio Tinto, PNG and ABG. They all want IBOM to go away because IBOM is doing good work in the counties where the villains are still trying to steal the natural resources of the indigenous people.

"[And] do you care?

"If you have any BVK how did you acquire it? If it was given to you by the King then what did you do to get it? If you gave the King money for it then you were betting that the world would recognize BVK at some time. Do you still believe that?

"If you do have BVK what is your injury? Because of the villains you can't spend it yet on bread at your local store but you can spend it at www.chips-corner.com if you take the effort to try. If you have BVK some countries will trade you their currency for it. You may not want their currency but it is still possible.

"So what is your injury? Your teddy bear belief that BVK would give you the big bank stolen American Dream back without you doing any work to earn it, has taken longer than it should? It might still happen but every time you join forces with the villains it just takes longer.

"Do you care about the fight that the King is trying to wage against the villains on behalf of the Bougainville people and all people around the world? Or are you just another greedy fu@# like the rest of the villains?

"Do you realize that the BVK ideal is changing the world? Do you care?

"Do you realize that the world is not the place where big banks, big corporations, big religions and big idiots still rule. The next generation will just wait for those fu@#ers to die off and then they will change everything. Greed will no longer be tolerated, meanness will no longer be tolerated, bulling will no longer be tolerated and stupid will not run the world.

"By 2025 we will have 10 billion people on the planet with barely 2 sq miles for every person, being greedy, mean, bulling stupid fu@#s will not be tolerated or possible because your neighbors will just eliminate you.

I suppose IBOM thought I was being untruthful and insulting in my previous blog posts that I deleted before they froze my account. Do they still feel the same now? My account is still frozen and IBOM will not reply to me when I ask what I must do to  get my account unfrozen.

Well, anyway, with Mace declaring to me that IBOM is a front for a money laundering racket, Anonymous declaring each person in the world could have 2 square miles of space by 2025, and others proposing the idea that IBOM will soon have 20 million ounces of purified gold in their safe to back up the BVK I am more than happy to sit and wait for the truth to be presented to the world. 

Regarding the currencies of the world, I believe we can never have too much. Currency is the lubricant that smooths the business transactions that make up the economy. The more stable currencies there are, the easier will be the growth of world economies. 

If BVK were to be accepted as an internationally accepted currency there would be hundreds or thousands of multi-billionaires who would create new businesses, new jobs new wealth and new economic prosperity around the world. Can you see anything bad about that? I cannot.

Scams are bad. Lies are bad. Fictitious banks are bad, even those that are accepted as being real, such as the Federal Reserve and the IMF, banks that are accepted as creators of "real" fiat, paper money such as what I exposed in a recent posting. Money laundering is bad generally because the dirty money is generated by business that hurts people; THAT is bad. Is that what IBOM is doing - laundering dirty money? But if so, what currency is IBOM paying out when legitimate but dirty money (such as USD or Pesos drug money) that is paid into IBOM?

Well, I know the FED and fiat USD being floated upon the backs the US taxpayer is a ponzi scheme that will finally fall apart just like Zimbabwe and Argentina and Yugoslavia and Germany. Will my IBOM account save me when the USD explodes or will I need silver and gold?

Interesting Response from Support

I got an interesting response from IBOM Support yesterday regarding my last posting. I was told that a cowardly scammer had hacked this blog and had written the last post. I assume Support was referring to the last post as I cannot find anything I have not written myself.

Perhaps I am shooting myself in the foot by admitting I wrote the last post that quoted letters sent me by a reader I call "Mace". Perhaps, since Support instructed me to delete everything the hacker wrote, I am at risk of having my IBOM account deleted for not deleting my own last posting which Support believes to be the writing of the hacker. They might just close my IBOM account as they threatened to do once before when the questions I asked in my blog and the possible answers I came up with were esteemed by Support to be negative and harmful to IBOM. I was told I was not supporting IBOM and therefore was not worthy of having an account. The only way to correct the situation was to delete all my blog entries that questioned IBOM otherwise my account would be closed.

I did delete my entries. They didn't close my account. They just froze it, putting it on Administrative Hold where it could earn no interest, not even 3%, the lowest interest rate offered. That was over a year ago, almost 2 years now if memory serves.

In my last blog, the one Support wants deleted, I presented an offer to help King Peii II to get his piles of assayed, gold-rich ore smelted and purified so it can actually be backing of a currency, the gold itself being currency in its own right. With hundreds of billions of BVK worth of gold ingots in place the King would surely be able to successfully back his new currency. Add to that the fact that his employees would have been paid in BVK (backed by the gold they were purifying) and so those BVK would have been put into circulation in the economy the wealth of the nation would be increased two-fold -- by the influx of BVK and by the creation of new wealth, the gold.

I thought the offer to the King would be a good thing, possibly even evoking a response something like, "Thank you, Mr. Sevy. We will take your offer into consideration." I did get a response but it was nothing like what I hoped. I was told to delete the blog entry containing the offer to the King. Why?

"Our message for today is that you must know that you are associated with the most wanted fraudsters and criminals. You are linked to those criminals because you are the owner and director of the fraud bank under the name of ibom (M=Meekamui). We have got more than enough materials which will make Roger Renaud, your Secretary of State, one of the most wanted fraudster in the world. You can never justify your position by your silence." Mace laid it on the line with this statement and I think he was right to do so. Surely, if the King knows anything is amiss he is responsible to eradicate the error, correct the problem, evict the "fraudster" with denunciations or the King is as culpable of the crimes committed as s/he who actually perpetrated the crime.

If I know of a crime and of the criminal and I do nothing but remain silent I can be held partially responsible for the damage done. Jail time could result or at least a sizeable fine. Just as ignorance of a law is no justification under the law of breaking the law, silence is no defense of a crime revealed. If I know of an ongoing crime I have a responsibility to my community to reveal the crime or I can be held responsible for the damages to victims of the crime. This is common moral law which can be upheld by an ample supply of case law.

Of course, those who make the rules often set themselves above the rules just as "he who has the gold makes the rules". There is little that the little guy can do about that and I am a little guy. This means I may be at risk of having my IBOM account shut down because I will not delete my last blog even though Support told me to, they believing it to be the writings of an anonymous hacker, most likely thought to be Mace.

I don't anticipate any good to come of this. My IBOM account might be deleted instead of this blog. However, since even the King will not respond to my offers to use his BVK for legitimate business just as no other banker or business person will respond to my offers, there seems to be nothing lost if my account is shut down. If my account is terminated the only thing lost will be my initial small cash deposit and the wish and hope lost forever that the Bougainville Kina actually has any value.

What Do You Do When Accused of Fraud? Detonate IBOM?

There is sadness in my heart today. I have received a letter from one of the very few who actually leave a comment to this blog, a letter to King David Peii II that declares, among other things:

Your Majesty

In conclusion: you have been running the “Kingdom of Fraud” or “The Fraud Land”.

Your Honorable Secretary of State of State is the “Laboratory of Fraud”.

Your Irene Schoots, of ibom, is the “European Fraud Branch”.

I do not know what else about HRH Prince Jeff of Australia. I will copy him, this email and previous one.

We are preparing our file for FBI and RCMP. Not only that, but I swear I am taking the fraud file to the UNITED NATION’ offices of concern and also to the IMF Headquarter. We did go to the relevant offices in Europe. We have opened the fraud file in the European Union. Now, we have to coordinate and open a fresh file in IMF, because your Secretary of State has forged the signature of Christine Lagarde in his “Laboratory Fraud” in Harrison &Chilliwack, BC.

Your silence will not help the Bougainville people at any price. What is based on fraud is always fraud.

This blog has been a forum for me to vent some of my frustrations over the past several years, frustrations based upon my inability to utilize any of the billions of BVK that have accumulated in my IBOM account. I have sought ways to convert BVK into US dollars or Australian dollars or Canadian dollars. I've read of ways to use my membership in the International Commerce Club (ICC) through www.Chips-Corner.com but have never met via internet nor any other medium of communication any other person who has successfully used any process to convert BVK into any form of commercial asset or any form of currency. 

 My lack of success proves nothing . That has been the frustrating part. I have a supposed IBOM bank account with billions of supposedly gold-backed BVK and I cannot use them. While I have communicated with several others who also have IBOM accounts I cannot find anyone in the world who has successfully converted BVK into their home currency. I've not found anyone in the world willing to receive BVK in exchange for products or services, not even any of the few Bougainville residents I've communicated with. They don't want "their own currency" from "their own bank". This is all very frustrating.

Anyone who has read this blog will know I have not at any time stated that I can prove IBOM or the King of Bougainville to be  frauds. What I have done is ask for someone to step forward with proof that profit can be made by doing business using BVK. I have asked for business partners and I'll provide the capital. We could, if they will do commerce using BVK exclusively, buy an oil tanker or plant a coconut plantation or build an environmentally friendly ore smelting plant and precious metals mint. 

I hereby offer to the King that I will contract with him to use my BVK as capital to purify his gold ore and mint it into coin of the realm. Surely the King will trust the BVK to be good currency from his own bank. Surely his people would be willing to trust IBOM BVK to be negotiable currency, particularly if they were assured that the BVK they received as payment was the paper currency supported by the gold they were purifying and pouring into ingots or minting into coin.

There is a problem, though, in that my reader has made it his mission to prove to the world that IBOM and the sister bank, Central Bank of Bougainville (CBOB) and all other related financial programs and organizations are fraudulent and fictitious. He can name himself; I call him "Mace" and he has written a number of letters to IBOM Support, the King and to Mr. Roger Renaud who is named as the Secretary of State of Bougainville and Deputy Gov. of CBOB. Mace has named all of the above as being frauds or supporters of those who directly perpetrated the fraud directly. One such letter is written above.

Your Majesty,

In all honesty, I am writing to you today to make sure that our crystal message has reached you beyond any doubt. It seems that we have been too polite to address the matter as it should be.

We said, repeatedly, that Roger Renaud was not involved DIRECTLY in our losses. However, Roger is your appointed Secretary of State/ Deputy Governor of Central Bank of Bougainville.

Our message for today is that you must know that you are associated with the most wanted fraudsters and criminals. You are linked to those criminals because you are the owner and director of the fraud bank under the name of ibom (M=Meekamui). We have got more than enough materials which will make Roger Renaud, your Secretary of State, one of the most wanted fraudster in the world. You can never justify your position by your silence. As you chose to NOT to report the crimes of fraud, you are PARTNER of those CRIMES. You have failed in the past to report the fraud of Ben Young, Gordon Rothwell, Irene, Patrick and others while you are still sitting on the domain of your MIRAGE ibom. Right now, you are covering up (KNOWINGLY) the fraudulent documents which are purportedly related to European Union and EU Central Bank and more.

Your Majesty: I can confirm (with all confidence) that you (and your conspiracy team) have got special RECORD in the EU official, geographic zone. I suggest that you order Irene to check your RECORD there. It is not far from where she is.

Copy of this letter will reach your associates. Beyond any doubt, they are part of the conspiracy.

It is not for me to say any of what Mace declares is true. I have not traveled to the headquarters of the European Union and spoken with the heads of state whose signatures Mace says have been fraudulently used by Roger Renaud. I have no proof of wrong doing by the men and women named in the letter above. All I have is no evidence that anything created and promoted by these people actually works or has any functional value, i.e. IBOM and BVK or ICC and Chips-Corner. I know of people who have paid thousands and tens of thousands into these organization's programs and have yet to receive anything in return. 

Again, zero return does not prove fraud so I do not declare fraud of myself. I do declare: If you don't want to wait years and years and still receive not even your initial investment in return, don't put your hard earned money in IBOM.

I also declare to IBOM and the King, I have billions of BVK in an IBOM account. I offer to contract with anyone you may know who is willing to perform a legitimate, profitable business enterprise. I will provide the capital using my BVK. In conducting such a profitable work we will prove all these things to be legitimate and real. We will prove IBOM and BVK to NOT be false or fraudulent. Isn't this what everyone wants, probably even Mace?

I would think that silence would not be the smartest move IBOM or the King could make in the light of Mace's declarations and revelations. Certainly choosing a resident of Chilliwack, BC Canada to be the Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Bougainville is not the smartest move on the part of the King. His refusal to denounce Renaud's counterfeiting letters from the president of the European Union is also not a smart move by the King as it implicates him as being a knowing participant of fraud. Not good. 

I want IBOM and BVK to all be real. 

Please, someone, step up to the table. Let's contract to do business with my BVK, benefit the lives of many and make healthy profit for everyone involved.

IBOM - FIAT MONEY - INTERNATIONAL SCAM OR BANKING AT IT'S FINEST?

IBOM. International Bank of Meekamui. The bank of Bougainville, the Twin Kingdoms, built for Bougainville reconstruction, restoration & rehabilitation, according to the official website: http://IBOM.biz.

CBOB, Central Bank of Bougainville, the internal bank for local domestic business in internal BVK only. http://www.centralbankofbougainville.com/.

The official currency, the Bougainville KINA, they say is backed by gold. The printed KINA features the picture of King David Peii II who, it is claimed is the direct descendant of the ancient kings of the Island. They say the bank holds some of the gold and the rest is not yet refined but lays in big piles of highly concentrated ore, assayed and proven to be rich in gold, copper and other valuable minerals. 

I've been told IBOM has begun to distribute the paper Bougainville KINA (BVK) among the populace for legal tender. There are several types of BVK according to the IBOM website. In order to use the BVK one must learn which "color" of BVK is designed for what purpose and for whose purpose. I wonder if the populace is so well informed, particularly when, last I spoke with a Bougainvillian IBOM is a failed "investment opportunity"

IBOM has apparently been governed by several  people who reside outside of Bougainville. For example, one man whom I'll call "Frenchie" actually resides in Chillowack, BC Canada and runs a pulled BBQ meat sandwich business. Somehow Frenchie convinced IBOM leadership, i.e. the King and his counselors, that he, Frenchie, was the man who could get BVK accepted by the European Union as a legitimate currency, even perhaps as a world reserve currency to replace the US dollar. Unfortunately, Frenchie turned out to be a fraud, a scam artist who fleeced IBOM for some number of millions of Canadian dollars.

Why Frenchie was not satisfied to take the solid, gold-backed BVK as payment instead of the fiat CDN dollar we'll never know. Word is IBOM is now or will soon have some people buying some pulled BBQ meat sandwiches and demanding some specific private time with Frenchie. I don't know how solid this rumor is. It could be as real as the gold that backs the BVK, which reality has in serious question, especially, it seems, among the Bougainvillian people. 

I can understand how the King may be sincere in his efforts to build a real banking system that would rival any financial system in the world. All current central banks that this writer knows of print "fiat" money that is backed by nothing more than future taxes, or the good faith of the government, meaning faith that the government will be able to tax the people enough to pay for not only the money that the government borrows to infuse into the economy by way of loans but also taxes enough to pay for the interest that is charged for the use of the money the government borrowed to infuse into the economy. That is how fiat money works. You knew that, right? 

The dollar or yen or euro that are in your possession are not promises to give you anything of value if you seek to exchange it at the central bank. Even the minted coins are nothing more than junk metals: zink, tin, nickel, copper. These coins are made of cheap metals that don't easily corrode or rust but are not valuable like silver or gold. These metals are not bought by the ounce or gram but by the pound or Kilo, for example, nickel - $6.48/lb, Tin - $10.48/lb, copper - $$3.27, zinc.- $0.84/lb. Your fiat money is worth pounds of junk metal unless can you use it to trade for food, gasoline, clothing, services, etc. 

I am not saying fiat money is bad. It is just unstable. In due course of time the money itself becomes known for what it is worth: junk metal, or nothing. I don't know any "regular" people who are looking to buy junk metal. So, eventually, historically within 100 years of the introduction of the fiat money, the population begins to demand more and more junk money in exchange for material that has intrinsic value. This is inflation. When that happens the government discovers the printed currency needs to be upgraded from 20 to 20,000 increment bills. Shortly thereafter, since the population is becoming totally convinced of the real value of the fiat money, the government must increase the increments from 20,000 to 20 million increment notes, then 200 million then 2billion increment notes, or more, be they Argentinian Pesos, or Yugoslavian Dinar or Zimbabwe dollars.

       Another guy noticed that we had some bread in our bag (to feed the birds) and asked if he could have it to eat.

Above is a picture of the Zimbabwe one hundred trillion dollar note. Worth $100 trillion? No. Purchased in mint condition for $10 USD by a tourist. Otherwise it was worthless for purchasing anything like clothing or food on the open market. That is fiat money.

So this is the result of the population losing good faith in the government issued fiat currency backed by nothing other than the future taxation of the people by the government.

According to IBOM, the BVK is backed by gold. Is this true? Who will verify it?

In all my writings I have asked for someone to come forward to prove with evidence that the BVK is a currency that any "regular Joe" like me can use to do business. Buy and sell. Who will sell to me, assuming IBOM will release some of my BVK from the Administrative Hold that shackles my account, my "money", my BVK?

Who will accept my BVK in exchange for any other currency that is accepted on the open market: pesos, yen, dollars, dinar, Pengo, franc, boliviano, yuan or any other internationally accepted currency. I'll give you a generous exchange rate, more generous than the official rate. Who will accept my offer?

So far no one has accepted my offer for BVK, either to do profitable business with a Bougainvillian farmer or potter, weaver, small item carpenter, leather worker or what-have-you, or to fund a project on Bouganville that will benefit the island people. Can I use BVK to pay for a trip to the island to inspect how the reconstruction project is moving forward? Can we build a hydro-electric plant of any size or solar-electric, for the benefit of the people? Where there is inexpensive power there soon follows progress in large measure.

Who will contact me with a proposal of a project that needs funding. I have many hundreds of millions of, I think, green BVK (I don't know, they may be red) that I suppose IBOM or the Central Bank of Bougainville (CBOB) would consider useful for paying a worker to build a hydro or solar electric plant. What tools and equipment vendor accepts BVK in exchange for product? Surely there is someone after all these years.

After all, the multiple websites are impressive, the legal documents are inspiring and the ever-increasing number of rules, regulations, laws and by-laws show this financial institution is proving that IBOM, CBOB, the Constitutional & International Banking Law, endorsed by King David Peii II,  as can be found on the Royal Monetary Counsel website www.RoyalMC.org. are not some little scam that will just be revealed and go away. This Bougainville IBOM project has been going on for longer than a decade. King David Peii II and his team seem to this writer to be going about their activities in all the right ways. They are being ignored by the powers that be - the UN, PNG, Australia, Rio Tinto - even the Autonomous Government of Bougainville which is recognized by the outside big money interests.

PNG has broadcast that the Bougainville Kina is illegal, not legal tender, in PNG. The BVK may still be legal in Bougainville, and why not? The US dollar was once accepted only in "the colonies" that were recovering from a revolutionary war. It was a long struggle proving the USD was a viable international currency. Success was had only when the dollar was proven to be based upon gold and silver (predominantly upon silver - the silver dollar). So, when the BVK is proven to be backed by gold, real gold that a seller receiving BVK can trust he could actually trade his BVK for, only then will BVK be trusted by the populace and international governments.

I hope my many BVK will soon be proven to have real value in the international financial world. Until then all I can do is write my blog, ask my questions and hope someone finally comes forward with proof and a real opportunity to do some profitable business transactions. I have only been waiting about 4-5 years. Others I know have waited 12-15 years and are still excited and hopeful.

I'll be more hopeful when a few hundred million ounces of the alluvial gold are processed into circulating coins or ingots to back up the paper currency.

In the meanwhile, I'd say, before investing in the banks of Bougainville, be sure you can afford to wait years for the return of your investment.
